Starting to dig into the South Carolina Greenville & Spartanburg market. Focused primarily on multi-units, but will consider 1-4 units. Need help making some banking connections in these areas that are investigator friendly, etc.

Any help is appreciated. Much Thanks!! Rob Harris

@Rob Harris Lima One Capital is closer to hard money, but they operate out of Greenville. I've talked to them quite a bit in the past. I've also been communicating with a gentleman at First Citizens here in Charleston who helped one of my clients purchase an 8 unit last month and he's trying to structure some products for me, as well. Shoot me a DM and I'll forward you his info.
