Should I use a professional multifamily investment adviser group?

I am planing to purchase a 10 unit commercial property. I'm concerned I may not be 100% prepared from day one. Should I consider using a professional multifamily investment group to represent my interests during the financing, due diligence and acquisition stages?

Yes absolutely! Never buy the property without a team in place. I'm an out of state investor and this is critical. PM me if you'd like to talk.
