I'm looking for Referrals For Brokers in Minneapolis St Paul Area. Specifically looking to purchase a rental property that has 6 or more units. Want to find a broker who really knows the Twin Cities market well.

William Robert - William Cullen & Robert Colwell

Metro Group Real Estate - Jerry Lindeen

Michel Commercial REI - check out the Sold Properties tab

I agree with @Scott S. I switched over to full time legal and know all those folks very well. A great ally is also a great well connected commercial loan officer.
