Hi all, hope I am doing this right. I am looking for any interest in a meet up or starting a meet up in Greenwood Indiana.
Would like to get together and discuss buy and hold / multi family Real Estate ( or really anything that comes up about Real Estate ), Finances, why we are interested in it and even our goals.

Hi all, I really apologize! After I posted this I didn't see any replies so I had not checked back in for some time. I sent one of these out years ago and got crickets, lol. I am not on BP much and need to do a better job of reaching out, so thank you to those who replied!!!
I am hoping to get together with others that want to discuss and learn more about Real Estate, especially Multi Family, buy and hold, syndication, partnering and how to benefit from tax incentives for RE. I am willing to talk about anything RE / investing related.
Would also like to discuss economics. How it affects investors that buy as well as investors who passively invest. At some point it seems we all learn you run out of your own money, but once you have gotten a glimpse of the power of real estate you want to continue!
I would also like to talk about how awesome it is to provide clean, safe housing to others that provides a good value for them and provides a real asset that produces cash flow for those willing to do their homework and put forth the effort.
McAlisters on 135 is kind of where I had in mind to meet if that is ok? I will show up if even only one other person wants to meet and talk.
Let's figure out an afternoon, time and agenda. I really look forward to meeting anyone who shows up!

I love talking all things investing, operating etc.. I will come back to this thread by Sunday and propose some dates and locations. In the meantime, I am always open to getting together with anyone and talking multifamily.
