I'm an out-of-state investor who happens to be in Birmingham, AL for the next three weeks.

I'd like to explore the Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, and Montgomery market.

Are there any nearby brokers, agents or contractors that would like to meet up and/or talk about what's going on out here?

    @Eric Harnden I am a wholesaler in the Montgomery market and would love to meetup or chat with you about all things Montgomery real estate investing. Montgomery is a great market for cash flow but you have to be very careful with what neighborhoods you invest in. Would also love to find you some deals.

    I'm a believer in the Bigger Pockets community! I have meet so many great people in the last 10 days after putting up this post and also reaching out to people who are investing in this area! Everyone has been so nice and helpful! I hope to be able to add value to others in the same manner as we all grow in our future. I'm so glad "y'all" are here!
