Peter Conti Mentoring program

I have recently come across this mentoring program through a friend.

He is charging $13k to get in plus you have to give 60k when you make profits in deals over time.  Plus 199/month fee for biweekly calls with Peter Conti and other investors. 

OR $27k upfront and that should cover everything and you don’t have to share any profits.

He would teach you to find great deals and put great offers in commercial real estate and also help you fund deals. 

I was wondering if anyone on this forums seen value from his program.

Any tips suggestions would be appreciated. I’m thinking of joining.

these are all great as long as you have the resources personally to buy these great deals.. I would not count on anyone else funding these without you puttin up industry normal down payments.
