Why don't realtors reply ?

The biggest complaint I hear about realtors is that they don't respond quickly enough to leads.

Why is that?

Would an AI chatbot that can answer questions about their listings and book appointments help solve this problem?

its a stain on the industry.. they let calls go to VM and say for faster service text me..

Ms. Lori and I have little back and forths on this one and I finally got her to answer instead of letting things go to Vm.. we had a 90 home development going that we owned and I did not want fresh leads going to VM.. her sales went way up.. And it allowed her to double end many of them.. If she did not answer buyers would find another agent then we lose 10 to 15k per deal compared to if they came direct to us.. Plus we have a lot more control..

I know its frustrating with the robo calls but I answer my phone unless I am on an important call .. and i might answer just to say hey will call you back in 10 people respect that.
