Working with Contractors for the first time
Does anyone have advice on the best way to work with contractors and how to find reliable ones? Near Kansas City area potentially.
Unfortunately, it looks like BiggerPockets doesn’t list any contractor contacts here. Would love to hear how others have found good contractors!

Following this post. We've had bad luck in KC with contractors at our rental property, inexpensive options but poor time management & lack of QA (if you are going for a PM, would not recommend Real Property Management Greater Kansas City). We're lucky to have my brother as a handy man for smaller tasks.
