Hi BP,

I have recently got the book "The millionaire real estate investor" by Gary Keller on www.Audible.com. While listening, it kept referring to the "bonus CD" that unfortunately the Audible version did not come with.  Does anyone know if I can purchase only the bonus part, or another way I can get the bonus part since it has a lot of extra examples that will greatly help me understand better.
