Has anyone else wholesaled deals off the MLS?

Not all the great deals are off market. Every now and then I’ve been able to pick up a few on market.

Explain to me that if you and the true buyer can both see a property on MLS, why wouldn't the true buyer just go straight to the listing broker?

I think your only hope is finding a broker dumb enough to accept a blind assignment in an offer and lock it up.
