Commercial Lending - Term Research

Hi,

I am working on buying my first commercial deal - an 8 unit apt building. The issue is I am looking for a lender that will amortize over 30 years and around 75 - 80% LTV. Do these terms exist?

Thanks!

you may get 75% financing but not 80% typically. You can find lenders and get a DSCR loan but its going to be more expensive than a traditional 1-4 unit. Also at 75% the DSCR rate may not work and need larger down payment.

 Chris is spot on!
