Of all the title companies around town the two I prefer to work with the most are City Title in Parma and Cleveland Home Title in Westlake.

Note that I do not have an ABA with either of those companies. I just think they operate the best. Several of the agents at my brokerage have ABA's with Chicago Title & Ohio Real Title, no major complaints for those two companies However I think City Title & Cleveland Home Title have better customer service.

I have used Ohio Real Title in downtown Cleveland and was very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff there. They handled some last-minute changes to the contract very well, and I plan to use them again.

I agree with @James Wise, I try to use Cleveland Home Title with most of my transactions (I also have no ABA with them). Ohio real isn't bad either.

City Title was great.  Debbie Kish was super helpful there.

I have an ABA with Ohio Real Title. They have done a good job with my clients, returning customers have also gotten discounts. Maybe worth considering if it's a once off transaction or on going relationship
