Can anyone recommend any good local banks in Ohio that offer out of state investor loans? Looking for a commercial DSCR loan.

For a commercial DSCR Loan, even on a "Multifamily" like in the 5-8 unit range you are looking at, you are likely gonna have better luck with private lenders / brokers than local banks for this specific niche
