Property Manager Suggestions Kansas City

I have several single family rentals in the Kansas City area.  Looking for a new PM that prioritizes communication and diligent maintenance work.  My current PM struggles heavily in these areas and it's cost me far too much money over the last year.  Looking to hire a new company asap.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

@George Gammon and @Kevin Trumbull,  I use Scudo Realty. They've been really great managing my rentals in KC area. @Ray Orellano is the owner. He and his team are awesome to work with. I highly recommend them if you are looking for honest and organized PM team.

    @Alex Mao have gotten a few other recommendations but nothing that seems rock solid really. One reputable turnkey highly recommends one PM that another reputable turnkey strongly advises against. It's an odd space, man.

    Try to connect with @William Robison.  I am not 100% sure if he still has a property management company, but I know that he has been operating in the market for the past decade and is someone whose opinion I would trust for quality management in that market.

    Thanks @Chris Clothier.  We are still operating in Kansas City and continuing to grow.  

    Yes, referrals from turnkey companies come strongly, as there is often an agreement in place. What makes companies like ours and REI Nation superior is that we manage what we develop. We have an incentive from many angles to sell good assets, renovate them properly, then manage them well going forward. Any departments error will impact the rest.
