Excited to see everyone at the 1st Annual Best Ever Conference in Denver, Colorado. Confirmed speakers include fellow BPers:

  • Mark Mascia who is a billion dollar developer (and adjunct prof at NYU) and invests in retail and office buildings 
  • Amy Bors who founded Winfield Property Management which manages over 2k units in Oklahoma. She's also the former president of the Oklahoma State Apartment Association.  

And a bunch of others!

Breaking News: We'll be throwing a PARTY in the LoDo Downtown area Friday February 25th.  This Best Ever Conference isn't just about education, but also about forging new friendships.  And that can't be done in a professional setting!

    Are you on house arrest? lol Just hop on a plane! And the SF Bay Summit won't be for almost another year, so keep networking and sharp until then ;)

    You're already a big step ahead of me, using attendee feedback to shape the event. I'm sure your event is going to kick asss. So much so that I'll probably fly back from Asia for it :) I did recently hire a full-time event planner to work on my Summit until the event next yea around Oct. I have a partially developed Standard Operating Procedure for my event that I'd be happy to share with you. It's so much work - nice to have some documentation to have your assistant(s) work off of..

    Will be nice seeing @Kathy Fettke, @Brie Schmidt, and many other BP folks there :)

    @Joe Fairless Thanks for having me!  It will be great to see some familiar faces and meet so new investors.  @Kathy Fettke - I am down for the slopes on Sunday!  Though I have only skied in the Chicago area, so our slopes are more like Denver's bunny hills... so my fear of heights may get me once I go up.  Good thing they have a bar!

    Can't wait to head to Denver, Colorado for the Best Ever Conference. I recognize many of the speakers by name, due to the fact that they have been guests on the podcast, as well as bing featured in the Best Real Estate Investing Advice Volume I and II, so I am really looking forward to meeting them in person. 

    I think it is brilliant that you are not only having speakers from a wide range of investment niches - fix-and-flip, commercial development, multifamily syndication, SFR buy-and-hold, coaching, etc. - but also the fact that you are selecting the speakers and topics based on the attendees needs and wants!

    Looking forward to hearing everyone speak and getting to meet some of the most successful investors in the WORLD face-to-face.

    @Joe Fairless thanks for the shoutout!  Excited to meet all of the speakers in person after so many awesome phone calls.

    As someone who's transacted on over 50 units I hit a ceiling with the standard rental model given today's market.  So I wanted to hear what's working from a broad range of experts in their respective fields to help me scale or pivot my business.

    That was the impetus for this event, and I'm so excited to share it with everyone else who has already signed up.  It's going to be an action-packed 2 days!

    @J. Martin would love to connect with you in the middle of your adventures when you have a free early morning and a WiFi connection over in Asia!

    Helluva an event you guys have managed to put together here!  I'm excited myself not just to be speaking and moderating a panel, but to hear from such a wide array or speakers.  Looking forward to hearing @Jeremy Roll who is one of those guys I stop to listen to when he speaks.  Super smart.  Looking forward to hearing from and sharing with @Brie Schmidt again as well.  @Scott Meyers, @Al Williamson and @Mark Ferguson...many more and too many to list, but these are all investors and business people that I admire and seek to learn a little from each time I am around them.
