This is a very casual meetup of all types of investors and experience levels. Let's keep the momentum going from our good turnout last time

There will not be any pitching of anything by the hosts.

All - I look forward to seeing you there! I’ve been building a medium-term furnished rental business here in SF and the Peninsula and would love to share stories with anyone pursuing a similar path. You may know J. Martin from Oakland or Al Williamson from Sacramento, who have built successful businesses of this kind.

    hey @Sean Walton I really want to come to your casual meetups. Do you by chance have marches date set yet? Im a nurse at stanford and we have to make our schedules a month in advance so I'll miss Februarys?

    We have purposely been very open format in the past just casual happy hour talk to whomever you want but this time we are going to try putting people on the spot and ask what your goals are for the coming year and what help you might need and then let people match themselves up in groups with similar interests but you are free to roam around if you have multiple interests.

    I knew I was going to miss something. Can't make it tonight due to class at CCSF (real estate finance). Hopefully next month I'll be there.
