Pet Friendly Pros vs Cons

I am considering making my vacation rental pet-friendly or maybe just dog-friendly.

Any pros vs cons?

Any positive stories? Any horror stories?

Any different/unique pets that you welcomed?

Any tips on what to supply guests with for their pets?

Any tips on how to promote and ensure guests follow policy?

Pros are we make several thousand extra dollars per year in pet fees.

We caterer to the more than 50% of population that travel with their pets.

We don't have any negative experiences with pets, just humans.
