Tool for making maps for listings

Can anyone recommend a tool to create a good-looking map to add to a listing?  We're using Canva, but it's a bit cumbersome.  I'm wondering if there's a better tool we're missing that would make it faster/easier to create/modify a good-looking map.  Thanks!

I go on Fiverr and search for illustrated maps, for $20 you can get someone to create an amazingly beautiful map for you. You just give them the raw map with places labeled, which you create using Google maps or whatever, and they’ll turn it into a beautiful piece of art. You can see their work samples on their fiverr profile listing so you know you’re hiring someone good and creative
