Spokane STR cleaner referral - anyone know a good one?

Hey everyone,

I manage short-term and co-living rental properties in Spokane, WA and I am actively looking for a reliable cleaner to partner with long-term. Hoping someone in this community has a referral.

Here is what the work looks like:

Monthly common-area clean: $100 per visit, once a month, guaranteed recurring work. The cleaner handles shared living spaces (living room, kitchen, bathrooms, hallways) in a co-living house.

Move-out room clean: $40 per clean, each time a resident moves out. Includes the bedroom, kitchen, fridge, oven, and a quick before/after video for property records.

This is ongoing, predictable volume across multiple Spokane properties. If you know anyone who does STR or co-living cleans in Spokane - even a contact name is helpful. Thanks!

    Miller,
This is a national forum and the chances of finding specific, local market info is possible, but slim.
Whereas, if you were to network locally, in the local market that you have a local market interest in, you might find a whole network of local hosts with local market info!
    Find Local Host Facebook group.
