There are some great articles and discussions here about airbnb. Right now if I recall correctly the only cities that allow it are the city of Las Vegas and north Las Vegas.
@Erica Muller I agree with you on most of that, becasue Vegas is very particular, things change by the block. But unlike Orlando (based on 4 years of evidence) people actually will not have planned their Vegas vacations yet for 2017 so most homes will show low bookings right now. Bookings will surge starting at the end of January - March and then continue to grow throughout the year. @Matt Smith You really want to talk to someone who is both a Vegas local and who invests there because it is very specific and sometimes surprising the properties that are successful.
