Hey Everyone.

First time caller. Long time listener.

I'm based in Cincinnati, OH. Looking to Invest in SW Ohio and then expand across the country.

I look forward to possibly building my network in Bigger Pockets but also Learning from each of you!

I love Anime & Manga and when my wife and i decide on a house to settle down in we're gonna have our nerd/gamer room!

Welcome! I'm in Atlanta with a rental and a flip, and added a Cincinnati duplex last year. The final thought I had to bust out of the analysis paralysis was "I know where I am, but think of where I could be.."

    Taking the first steps are crucial. It's easy to get caught in a cycle of analyzing deals but never actually taking any action. Welcome!

     I definitely got caught up in an analysis spiral. But I'm working my way out!

    I just caught up on Blue Lock. It's really dope!

    Hello and welcome Damian! I am from Cincinnati and just bought my first duplex almost a year ago. I was also on analysis paralysis. Finally taking a "dream" and turning to a goal I was able to pull my self out. The goal seemed to be far from achieving but by making sound financial decisions, taking tours of properties, talking to a few different realtor and settling on one. I was able to express my goals to the realtor and it helped tremendously. Kind of like getting an accountability partner. I started touring houses and put in offers! The goal felt within grasp along with the feeling of confidence I was going to get a property that will benefit my future self! 

    One thing I need to do better is to network and meet more investors and build relationships. 

    You can do this! Anytime you'd like to chop it up about real estate I'm game. Unfortunately I don't know much about anime or games (besides madden and MW2)

     Congrats on taking the leap into real estate and getting your first property. That is definitely the hardest step. I have a free mastermind group of mostly Cincinnati investors if you are interested in joining us, we have bi weekly zoom meetings! Feel free to connect!

    @Damian Walker- welcome ....begin  a  loan pre approval with a lender  for  a certian hypotehtical  scenario ..the process is free  and  will allow you to learn and understand the  numbers  and  hopefully  will help you get moving :)

    Welcome Damian! BP is the best place for information and connecting with like-minded individuals. Started out house-hacking and is a strategy I still use today :) Love watching Anima/Manga as well, favorite one is JJK and My Hero right now :)
