After a clean slate restart Im back. Looking to build generational wealth and network with like minded people. I have learned so much since finding the bigger pockets pod cast and I am so thankful for the extensive education and thought provoking content provided ny the two awesome hosts, David and Rob as well as all their great guests. 

I am currently looking for small multi-family in the Minneapolis,MN market as well as Pinellas County Florida (Tampa market). I can't wait to connect with the bigger pockets community and form partnerships AS WE SCALE.

Hello Greg - isn't it great to be able to push that reset button?!?
I have two properties in the Tampa area and they are both doing really well.  The best connection you could have in the Tampa area is @Jorge Vazquez.  He is a former financial advisor and is currently the CEO of a company whose slogan is, "You invest... We do the rest".  Real Estate, funding, acquisitions, and property management.  Drop him a line - He loves helping investors!

If you need any information on investment funding - let me know. DSCR's are my forte!

He helps a majority of the real estate investors on our BP forums that are looking to purchase in the Tampa market.
