A rookie investor in Cleveland

Hey Everyone!

As a new investor based in Israel, I'm searching for the BEST team to work with and  build a rock-solid portfolio by the end of this year!

Must say, I got my eyes on Garfield Heights,44135 and Euclid so far, but I'm open to suggestions! My first move is a rental property, but BRRRR and Flips are the ultimate goal.

Anyone have recommendations for contractors, boots, property managment companies, agents, insurance companies, or inspectors in Cleveland? All tips are welcome!

I grew up on the east side of the town with a well versed knowledge of the neighborhood.     Hi Keren.  Euclid and Garfield Heights are both solid property investment areas in the Cleveland market.  There are a number of others as well.  Try not to buy too much too fast just so you can feel comfortable that the strategy that you're deploying is working as expected.  If you want to speak with someone who does a lot of property management in those areas, reach out to Andrew Weiner at Realty Now Property Management.

    Hey Keren, Garfield Heights is a great rental area. I would also check out some other areas in the west side of Cleveland, such as Cudell, Jefferson, Clark Fulton, and West Boulevard. etc.

     Garfield Heights and Euclid are great spots. Check out Old Brooklyn also.

    @Keren Mayorov Garfield Heights and Euclid are definitely great areas to focus. You may want to add Old Brooklyn to your list as well - very hot area right now for appreciation & cash flow. Establishing your team here in Cleveland is essential to success and a smooth start-up - especially a team with experience and expertise.
