New to Real Estate- Eager to learn and network

Daisy Abrajan
Posted

Hey everyone! My name is Daisy and I’m just getting started on my real estate investing journey alongside my partner. We’re currently in the learning and networking phase — exploring options like flips, long-term, and short-term rentals. Right now, we’re focused on building relationships, asking questions, and soaking up as much knowledge as we can.

I’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts (more than once!), and now I’m ready to actually take that next step. If you’re open to sharing advice or just want to connect, I’d love to chat and learn from others in the community! We are currently near towards the water, Wilmington, NC.

@Daisy Abrajan Welcome! I'm also in Eastern NC right up the road from you in Onslow County.

Since you're still in discovery mode, I'd recommend taking a look at potential investment opportunities locally. There's a ton of potential with long-term rentals, Short-term rentals along the coast, and flip opportunities. If you would like help, reach out!
