High school teacher/investor. Involved in fix and flips throughout Chicago. Will start new builds in the beginning of 2026. Proximity for our projects will fall between the towns of Lagrange west to Naperville. Looking forward to meeting and connecting with any level of potential assistance in my projects going forward. (Lenders, land purchase potential, contractors, realtors, etc...)

Welcome! Exciting that you’re scaling from flips to new builds — that’s a big step. I’m sure your experience in Chicago will set a solid foundation. I’d be curious to hear what types of partnerships you’re prioritizing first (lenders, land, or contractors). Definitely a great market to be building in!

Welcome! I'd recommend listening to the straight up Chicago investor and attend local meetups - there's a ton of great people to meet.
