First-time poster here! I'm looking to connect with brokers, operators, and investors in the multifamily space.
I'm currently on active duty and have been fortunate to acquire three single-family rental properties in locations where I've been stationed. I've self-managed all three properties across separate markets, which has given me valuable hands-on experience in property management and operations.
As I continue to grow my real estate portfolio, I'm considering selling my single-family rentals as a portfolio to transition into multifamily investing.
