New Member, Interest in Flipping/developing/wholesale
Hey everyone!
I’m excited to join the BiggerPockets community and introduce myself. I’m relatively new to real estate flipping, but I’m definitely not new to real estate and construction.
I’ve spent years gaining hands-on construction experience and have also owned a few properties myself. Now I’m looking to take that experience to the next level by getting more involved in residential real estate investing and starting to flip homes.
I’m here to connect with other investors and professionals, and hopefully build some great relationships along the way. I’m particularly interested in collaborating and finding the right deals, analyzing properties, managing renovations, financing, and building a successful flipping business.
If you’re also investing, flipping, contracting, or working in the real estate space, I’d love to connect. Always happy to share what I know from the construction side and learn from others who have been down this road.
