Newbie from Knoxville, TN area
Hi my name is Chris Syrett and I live in Madisonville, TN. I have no practical experience in real estate. My wife and I had owned a commercial rental in sweetwater for years that never hit it off but I don't think we really knew what we were doing. I am an aircraft mechanic by trade and do enjoy it but I will never get rich doing that. My goals are to ultimately flip houses in the Knoxville area but I would also like to try wholesaling or any other out if the gate real estate investing. We plan on moving to west Knoxville area as soon as we can but of course money would help that. I am looking for advice and help from anyone that would be willing to do so.

It is this Tuesday night at the Holiday Inn Cedar Bluff, I believe it starts at 5:30pm. 1st time visit is $20, after that it's $50 or you can do a yearly membership for I believe about $500. I would almost rather get some people from this site together and meet, it would be a lot cheaper.
