Hi I have been reading here for a long time there is a lot of good information thank you. I own 2 rental properties in florida and 2 in las vegas i am looking to buy more mainly in florida for extra cash flow. I was hoping to do some of the work from distance and travel back and forth from california. Have a great day.
Welcome and congratulations on reaching out. I believe it is the single most important thing you can do in order to further your investment career. There will be lots of knowledgeable people willing to respond to you.
I do recommend that you narrow down your questions and ask them as specifically as you can. In my experience it yields better results as people know what concepts to talk about.

@David Taylor Welcome. I do not currently live there, but I invest in the Vero Beach, Sebastian, and Palm Bay areas. I am down there every few months right now, and plan to move there within about a year.
There is a group in the Melbourne area that gets together every two weeks. Hopefully @Michael Smith can provide you with info on that.

From my perspective of the Tampa market, which is Pinellas County, we are in huge demand of rentals. I just started doing property management and all I can say is wow!!! I just put up a high quality SFR rental in Clearwater and in less than two days I had a dozen showings with 3 highly qualified, very serious applicants. I have helped a number of tenants with finding rentals and rates are way up and competition is high.
I hope you come on down and help us get more inventory!
