Welcome to Biggerpockets!
This is a great site. Another great place is to look around the blogs, forums and listen to the podcasts. If you see a post you enjoy check out the persons signature people also describe what they are looking for. Many of us including myself talk about our strategies, styles, niches and business model on our website. So definitely check that out as it is an amazing additional resource. It is also a great place for you to put what you are looking for and your business. For example, my blog is about while working full time, buy and hold investing, 0% Down Rentals, Personal Properties turned rentals, Long distancing investing, self-managing 3,000+ miles away. Look forward to seeing you around!

Welcome to BP community @Bryan Lincoln It is a great place to meet new friends and learn about various aspects of real estate and more. Here are a few recommendations for you:
If you wish to tag someone in the conversation on the forum, type @ followed by their name and then select the name of that person which should appear below the comments box. He or she will be notified of being tagged so that the conversation will continue.
Just an FYI if you want to tag folks in a post like I just did for you just type "@Name Here" and their name will pop up at the bottom of your text box after the first couple of letters of their name and you just have to click it. This works if the person has already had an entry in the post or if they are part of your colleagues.
