hey guys!

My names Hardik Patel, I'm 23 years old. i am just getting started in Real Estate investing Industry

i have some knowledge on wholesaling Rehabbing and Tax Liens and Deeds through books i am reading but no real world experience. i also don't have any capital and have never raised any either. but what i do have is an Unlimited Desire to Learn from other successful investors as well as a desire to becoming a successful Ethical investor myself..

what would be the best way to get my feet wet in the business, gain real world experience and build net worth?

Your Knowledge and Guidance would be appreciated!

@Hardik Patel Welcome to BiggerPockets. I would suggest going to a local REIA and network with investors who are active in your local area.
I would also suggest interacting with other MA investors here on BiggerPockets, and learning what you can from them on here. Several BP members have gotten together to work on deals with people they met on here and you could do the same also.

Hi Hardik, welcome to BP.
This is a great place to learn. Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.
This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business. Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.
Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have. There are a couple meetings on the North Shore (Believe Peabody and Danvers). There is also @Justin Silverio 's quarterly meetup in Reading and the NEREIA in Chelmsford all up in your neck of the woods. I'd also suggest going to the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (2nd location in Worcester too) and you could also check out the Boston AREIA in Medford. Many other options south of the city too if you really want to get out there.

I would also suggest going to some local REIA's and offering your time/help to other investors. I'm sure if you bring value, you can arrange something that will get you compensated. You can definitely find some locals here on BP as well!

You found the place to be! You will find no better place to build a solid platform than bigger pockets. The one thing we all agree up on is that we invest in real estate. Beyond that everyone has a different niche!
We got started as buy and hold investors at 23 with our first primary property. We fixed it up and than rented it out when my husband was transferred. I talk about our strategy and getting started with no money down in podcast 103 :)
We are buy and hold investors who invest in class A properties self-managing from a distance while working full time. So we do work on furthering our careers. We live very frugally allowing us to live off of one income and save the other. We have further our career and used the W2 income to leverage our real estate portfolio.
I highly recommend you also check out- the blogs, forums and listen to the podcasts. If you see a post you enjoy check out the persons signature. As many of us have created resources around our niche (websites, blogs, etc) so checking out the signature is a great to get more information. Make sure you don't miss out on networking is by filling out your signature, profile and pming people with questions.
