Newbie searching for REI mentor in Las Vegas

Hello, My name is Jasmine Loreto . I'm searching for an investor willing to teach me the ropes. I am more than dedicated to making sure I find someone to teach me how to start closing wholesale deals in the Las Vegas area. I've invested lots of time and money into trying to make that happen in the past and my anticipation and desire to get started in the business has only increased with time.

    Welcome to BP!  Have you considered skipping the wholesale idea to get licensed instead?  I have no hard facts to support what I'm about to say, but I'll proceed anyway.  I'm quite certain that if there were data available it would show that on a percentage basis more people have success getting their real estate license and closing a deal than those that will ever actually get a wholesale deal done.
