I am John Leyendecker and I've been investing now for almost 2 years in the Austin area. I just completed my first year as a full time investor!  I'm still new and learning so I can use all the help and advice that you have.  I would greatly appreciate it.  I look forward to getting to know the BiggerPockets family.

I'm always looking for rehabs, new builds opportunities and loan assumptions/subject-to's in the greater Austin area. I am a cash buyer, so wholesalers put me on your list!

I also wholesale everything I do not want.
