New(ish) member from the Portland area
I am in pursuit of a good wholesaler in the Portland area. I have flipped 5 houses total and striving for the "Full Time Investor" title. I have my Real Estate and Contractors license here in Oregon but also hold a Full time (more than full time) job, therefor I can't find enough hours in the day. I don't see myself in sales, I hold my License because I know it will be beneficial once I am full-time. As of right now I will be handling most of the fix-ups and selling myself to keep costs at a minimum. I have attended some of the NWREIA meetings and will be making a bigger effort in the near future (Aug 24th - Vancouver). Excited to be apart of BP! Always learning...
