I am Sean Tagge I recently bought my first duplex a month ago and live in one unit and rent out the other ("house hacking"). I am looking for other investors, RE agents, rehabbers, wholesalers to work with on my future deal. I am currently looking to find some fix n flip houses in the SLC area.

@Dion Minus I would suggest talking to a mortgage lender and read posts on BP about getting a loan there are many ways to do it. I would suggest getting an FHA loan its only 3.5% down payment.
