Hello BP Community!
I'm new to BP.com, but i've been listening to the podcast for a while now. I'm a Realtor in the Atlanta Metro area focusing mostly on buying and selling residential properties. If you're an investor looking in the area or another Realtor looking for a referral, let me help you out!
I'm also interested in Real Estate investing - I flipped my first home earlier this year from an investment I bought in 2011. Looking to further my investing portfolio!
Welcome aboard to the BP community. You already have some tools in your toolbox....no pun intended. Now, you simply have to work on the other elements to progress your REI pursuit.

I too live and invest in the Atlanta, GA metro. BP has been an awesome community of investors and a wealth of information. I'm here to help in any way that I can; and also open to 2-way dialogue. I've found so many golden nuggets and wonderful people here, who are willing to help. I'm an advocate of education, and wouldn't do it any other way. Educate yourself fully, locate a good mentor, and locate a good coach. I believe Antony Hopkins was once asked druing an interview, if he had a coach; he answered, "No, I have 6 of them"! Then he went on to name them all, and what role they played in his career. He is one of my favorite actors, and one of the best of all time; and yet he has coaches. We would all do well to mirror him. Again, welcome and all the best in your REI career!
Although I'm not an investor (yet), I have been in construction all my life and know plenty of good people in all trades. If you find something on the south side let me know!
