Hello!
I am an Architect and Realtor registered in Texas. I have been living in DFW area since 2004. I am very excited to know about the platform of BP and want to be connected! I did a few flips and rentals myself. I am now a full-time Realtor working with investors. I know North Dallas, Plano, North Carrollton very well.
My ultimate dream is to do design-builds, that are innovative and well respond to people's need...

@Nan Liwhat a unique combo of being an architect and real estate agent! Plus being investor friendly as well. I'm from DFW and have some properties there. Why did you decide to be an agent full time?

Hello Joe,
Family is the main reason. Being architect demands too much travel. I want to spend more time with kids... I feel architect and realtor are two interesting professionals under the big umbrella of RE. Expertise is the key to success. I am learning and learning fast! :)

I'm late to the conversation, but welcome! I'm an architect as well in Houston with a lot of experience in multifamily design. I'm just starting out in learning about real estate investing and planning to scale to development. I see you're interested in design build. Have you ever considered development since you're already in the real estate industry? Especially with Dallas/FTW being the #1 market right now?
