My name is Daniel Thomas and I live in Manchester, New Hampshire. My partner and I have recently decided to pursue our dream of becoming real estate investors. We have experimented with wholesaling in the past, and even managed to wholesale one property. Now we are jumping into the business with both feet and are committed to making our goals happen. 

We are not only interested in the active side of real estate but the passive income that it can create as well. We purchased our first turnkey rental property in September and recently signed a P&S for our second. Adding these properties has been a huge motivator in for us to keep working on our active real estate business. Ideally we would like to grow our wholesale business to the point where it can completely fund our rental property portfolio.

I could not be more excited to join and participate in this amazing community. I look forward to hearing from everyone!!
