Hello Hello. I would like to reintroduce myself to the Forum. Im Ronnie Wooldridge and I live in the Small west Texas town of Snyder near Lubbock and Abilene. I'm a Contractor/Investor and new to Bigger Pockets. Ive had my remodeling business for 25 years Wooldridge Contracting and you can see me a little more clearly at wwwWooldridgecontracting.com. I"m looking to connect with buyers, sellers, and friends in the region thru BP. I have a little RE experience and I am ready to dive in. My original introduction was not very informative. Can anyone from area say hi to help me feel welcomed?
I'm not from the area but welcome to BP. The members here on BP can help you learn from anywhere. We JV'd with someone form a different country! Met some really great folks on BP that have helped guide us, and/or partner with us.

Hello and welcome! I am 59 years old and I found BP about 4 months ago and I am still learning. I graduated from college with a business degree that emphasized real estate. I got my degree and a broker license In 1980. Regardless of that degree I felt more comfortable with the construction business. I have been in the construction business since I was 17. If you think you can use my brain somehow to help you please contact me at any time. Good luck!

Not sure if you have checked out the other contents yet. If not, I encourage you to read the blogs, check out the forum posts, set up some keyword alerts using your city name and your interests. This will make sure you are notified as soon as someone posts with those words.
Also listen to the podcasts. There are over 150 hours of amazing interviews with people who have done what we are learning how to do.
Then there is the Ask BP section which includes some great Q&As. There are many books available here too. Check out the suggestions at biggerpockets.com/books
@Ronnie Wooldridge Hi Ronnie! Welcome to BP. I'm a new investor focusing in the Abilene, TX area. I'm primarily focused on buy and holds but considering doing my first flip this year so I'm sure I'll need the advice of a good general contractor. I look forward to seeing you on the boards and possibly connecting in the future.
I'm new to the world of real estate investments my self, i have my first property in the abilene area. I started with the free course wow did it open my eyes.....looking to expand as quickly as possible and would love to meet up with the other investors in my area.......also if anyone in my area needs professional advice with termites im a 6 year vet in the pest control business ......thx Daniel
