Hello!
I would like to introduce myself to the BP community! I am new to real estate investing and this website but highly interested in being able to network with other wholesalers/investors in the DFW area. If you are interested in co-wholesaling please get in contact with me.
A little bit about me: My name is Josue Rodriguez, and I am 19 years old going on 20 this year. I am currently working as an accounting assistant but my goal is to leave the corporate world and give the real estate investing business a try. My dad is what you would call a handy man and because of him I have always been interested in rehabbing houses and selling the properties for a profit. Wholesaling is my way in to rehab properties in the near future.
Like I said I hope to network with experienced wholesalers/investors here in the community of BP.
It doesn't matter if you are young or old, totally new or need to build upon your experience.
Yes, you have just announced a commitment to the thousands in this community about your seriousness regarding REI and have taken this bold step to affirm it.
Your time on this site with the BiggerPockets community will be well spent and can be financially rewarding if you so desire.
Don't get overwhelmed by the massive amount of data archived on this site.
Simply, bone up on the areas that you need to expand knowledge in such as, Forums, Marketplace, Learn, Network, Analyze and Resources.
