Newbie to Brevard County FL - Excited about Buy and Hold MFR

My husband and I are hoping to one day become superstars and looking over the world from ur infinity pool on a cliff but for now.. We just relocated back to Brevard County (Mebourne area) FL and are excited to get crackin on networking and learning and growing! We are currently looking for an agent to begin the process and have been studying for quite some time and we are ready to jump! Welcome to BiggerPockets and Brevard County @Melissa Hasan! Both are great places. I suggest listening to the podcasts on I-Tunes or Sound Cloud as they are a wealth of free information.

My hubby and I attend a every-other-week meetup down in Palm Bay. This helps us to network, and visit with like-minded individuals. We support those who are doing deals, and encourage those who want to be doing deals. Occasionally, we view properties others are working on. @Melissa Hasan - Welcome back to Brevard county....It's a great place to be right now :) Like @Kerry Baird said, we have a group that meets up the second and fourth Monday of each month. Very informal, just sit and talk real estate and help each other out. And if you are looking for a Realtor that will take good care of you.... @Scott Schuetz is the guy you want to be working with.
Great to hear you studied and are now taking the jump....many new investors suffer from analysis paralysis and never take action...those who do take action and are consistent....succeed!
