New Investor from Westchester, NY
Hello BP!
I've been on BP for a some time listening to tons of podcasts and reading all the books I can get my hands on. But allow me to introduce my self. I'm a recent college graduate starting work for a Big 4 Accounting firm this summer. I'm excited, but I'm just as eager to start my journey in real estate investing!
I'm looking to learn all I can about buy and hold investing in small multi properties. I understand around the Westchester area it may be difficult to invest in because of the high prices and taxes so I may have to look into Rockland & Orange county or out of state.
I'll be continuing to educate myself and hopefully connect with local investors etc. in order to begin investing!
