Hello BP! My name is Rowan Ledbetter from Little Rock, AR. I heard about BP from a friend of mine and I'm always looking to grow and learn as much as I can. I've dabbled in the real estate game for a couple of years, currently with 1 property with a friend of mine. We are looking for multi family properties and single housing opportunities to buy and hold.     Welcome Rowan Ledbetter . I am in Little Rock as well. I have only been using BP a month or so, but it is worth every penny. You will find a wealth of information here. What I like most is the exposure to new ideas to help get you thinking outside of the box. Let me know if I can help you in anyway.

    @Brandon Moffitt Thanks Brandon! Thoughts on the Little Rock market as a whole? I have lived in LR for a while and see a lot of opportunity.

    Did you sign up with Pro? I know you haven't been in it long, but have you seen some benefits to it so far?

    @Rowan Ledbetter,

    Definitely check out the BP blog.  There are probably 5 posts a day, all of which are excellent (personally, I'm a big fan of @Dave Van Horn and Sterling White).

    As far the BP podcast, I've enjoyed everyone that I've listened to (especially episode #113 with Jay Papasan).  I believe they're up to about 160+ episodes now.  Just scroll through the catalog and check out the ones that catch your eye.

    You really can't go wrong on BiggerPockets!

    @Rowan Ledbetter. I think LR is a solid market. It is a diverse and growing real estate market with a low entry point. Also, except for a few areas, property taxes are low and you do not have to deal with a significant amount of regulation. Overall, that is good for business.

    I have been using Pro since I started using the site, so I am not sure what the differences are. I just assumed that for the yearly cost, it was worth it.
