@Laura Renner Welcome to the community. There is a wealth of information out there if you reach for it. I suggest listen to the podcasts as well as the forums. Also, there is a group of 15-20 of us that meet regularly at a coffee shop in Delray. Let me know if you'd like more details.

Thank you @Lucas Machado. I've helped investor clients acquire properties and re-sell them, manage them etc. Now I am starting in the business for myself and would love to be able to do this full time soon. Looking to connect and create partnerships with other investors in south florida. I've had a few leads come through from my marketing that I have not been able to take myself and would love to be able to work with others.
