Hello BiggerPockets Community!
Bethany Lewis here. I'm new to BiggerPockets and excited about what I've already learned. With hundreds of conversations to follow, blog posts, podcasts, etc. it's easy to find myself in a BiggerPockets black hole. It is a deep well of valuable information. I am a Denver-based marketing professional currently work with Evolve Vacation Rental Network, which is on a mission to help vacation home owners make the most of their properties and help them keep up with the ever-changing, lightning-fast online world of vacation rentals. So I'm new to two industries: 1. short-term vacation rentals and 2. Real estate investment. Looking forward to becoming an expert in both and happy to be learning from so many pros on BiggerPockets!
Hello and welcome to BP! Marketing is a major focus to being successful in real state. The niche you select should be something you love. Know the market you select, which does not have to In your neighborhood, and know it's beat locations. You need to start having a company that is some type of corporation which will protect you personally. Hire/Find an experienced and local Team that is willing to help you when you call.
