Hello all, my name is Matthias Wilson.  My wife Jen (a real estate agent) and I are real estate investors mainly interested in buy and hold single family rentals, as well as flips.  We have a free and clear rental property in Crestview, and a financed rental property in Destin.  We close on our third rental property next week, and are excited about the way forward.  Our long term goals are financial freedom, including matching my current salary with rental income in the next 4 years.  Looking forward to meeting local investors and hearing new ideas!
