I currently work for a multi-family commercial real estate investment company doing acquisitions across the nation. I previously worked for the largest global institutional real estate investor doing acquisitions in every asset class across the southeast.

I have done over $400M in commercial real estate acquisitions and analyse approximately 5-10 different multifamily acquisitions per week.

@John Cohen I specialize in value add multi family primarily through interior renovations. The deals I typically underwrite are 200-300 units and $30M-$60M

@Megan T. thats perfect! thats the space we are in. We are closing on a 240 unit @ 22 million and have offers pending on a 314 unit and 500 unit. would love to see what you have
