Hi Everyone,

My name is Sendi Becerra and I'm new to the real estate investing market, but I'm catching on pretty quick. I have partnered with my husband, Ulises Becerra (also on bigger pockets), and created our first company. My goals in real estate are to generate 10 or more deals a month in the Bayview-Milwaukee area and successfully grow my company. I've joined BiggerPockets to gain knowledge, network with other people and create strong relationships with them.

Great area to be in. I am in Racine and Kenosha. Let me know if you 2 plan on attending local REIAs, I would love to join and network. Small multi families are of interest 4-12 units. Really looking to gain some experience managing rentals and better understand repair/maintenance costs on units so I can better estimate them on future purchases. Good luck and welcome to BP.
