I currently live in Central Florida and am very excited and highly interested in getting back into the Real Estate investment world. My expected course of action and goals is to start with Wholesaling, transition to Flipping, then Buy and Hold while keeping the Wholesaling a constant throughout the course. The sky is the limit is my belief system! The vision is to help people in their distressed situation while turning a profit for ourselves, the investors, as well as the end buyer putting them in an instant equity position.. Everyone wins!!

Welcome to BP ,and congratulations on getting back what your passionate about .. I really believe that loving what you do and making a living at it is one of the key ingredients to leading a very happy, successful, and fulfilling life. I to am following my dreams to create a real estate mini empire ..of course I have a lot of work ahead of me but I'm happy to report that I found a honest and wonderful investor and more importantly he's my Partner whom without him I would be much farther behind the curve .. I can tell you this , I skipped the wholesaling part of learning to invest and jumped right into fixes and flips . I now regret that I did not learn wholesaling because with the market right now the best deals are being found by ones self .. don't get me wrong there are some wholesalers that are finding good profit potential homes but , well let's just say it's ever increasing difficualt to get properties with good profit potential.. so we can always use great wholesalers that understand they are a part of a bigger picture and can attract more investors buy not trying to sell their properties for almost retail and when they list their properties to have the right ( not inflated ) numbers .. I guarantee if you wholesale and do this then you will be making lots of money and build a contact list a mile long .. that being said .. As you mentioned honesty as an essential quality to have. Well you are talking to the right person as I believe in looking out for every ones' best interest.. This is exactly the what we plan to do. There is no better feeling than helping people that are in desperate need of help as well as creating an equity position for the end buyer.. We are in no way looking to "get rich" off of one person or sale as we understand that it is about creating and nurturing long lasting relationships and also doing "right" by everyone involved. We will do our due diligence and find out all that we can regarding the property as well as providing detailed reports and findings.
