New member from Florida
I currently live in Central Florida and am very excited and highly interested in getting back into the Real Estate investment world. My expected course of action and goals is to start with Wholesaling, transition to Flipping, then Buy and Hold while keeping the Wholesaling a constant throughout the course. The sky is the limit is my belief system! The vision is to help people in their distressed situation while turning a profit for ourselves, the investors, as well as the end buyer putting them in an instant equity position.. Everyone wins!!
