Hello fellow real estate investors, I am a beginning investor and I am seeking to network with investors all over to learn how to be successful with real estate investing. I am currently working on doing short sales, bulk reos and wholesaling properties. This site is great for meeting like minded and similiar strategies to make excellent deals no matter what type of investing.

Welcome to the site and thanks for the intro. While I think your pursuit of short sales and wholesaling is a great idea, I'm not sure what inspired a desire to do "bulk REOs," but I must tell you that you're going to be in for some real disappointment if that is your path.

I encourage you to read the Bulk forum and see how many people are wasting their time there. I can assure you that a much better use of your time would be to learn about and engage in other strategies. Bulk REO is something that snake oil salesmen are peddling for profits to people who don't understand how the world works . . . newbie investors don't just broker mega million or billion dollar deals.
